Ask an Expert: How to Land an Upgrade?

Snag a seat in business class with a little insight from the travel gurus at Flight Centre. Manager of Flight Centre First and Business Travel Paul Jeffels offers some insider advice.

So, how do I score an upgrade on my next trip?
Paul Jeffels: Travel on busy or overbooked flights, travel alone and be a loyal frequent flyer.
